A series where Bucky and Coulson are supposed to be teamed up but they completely ignore whatever new disaster is going on in the background each episode, opting instead to sit on a bench as Bucky tells embarrassing stories about Steve as Coulson overenthusiastically takes notes and asks questions.

They don't so much ignore the new disaster, as they let it mature and then resolve it in a very concise way. Sometimes they do it early on and Barnes gets to critique Coulson's methodology. Sometimes it's late and more splattery.
